These plans allow you to set aside a portion of your salary, on a pre-tax basis, to pay for qualified health, dependent care, and premium contribution expenses.
- 401(k)
All regular employees working 20 or more hours per week are eligible to enroll in LabCorp's 401(k) plan upon hire. Employees may contribute up to 50% of their annual salary or $16,500, whichever is less, on a pre-, post-, or combination of both, tax basis. LabCorp makes a non-elective Safe Harbor Company Contribution equal to 3% of an employee’s earnings on a per pay period basis.
- Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP)
Eligible employees of Laboratory Corporation of America Holdings, (LabCorp), and its affiliated entities are eligible to join the Plan if they have reached the age of majority in their state of residence, are scheduled to work at least 20 hours per week, and have completed six months of service by any January 1 or July 1. Employees can deduct from 1% to 10% of base pay, including shift differential, to purchase LabCorp Common Stock at a 15% discount. Deductions are made on an after-tax basis.
- Personal Leave Bank and Holidays
All regular part- and full-time employees regularly scheduled to work at least 20 hours per week earn paid time off; accrual is based on hours worked and years of service. PLB time begins accruing after the first week of employment. We observe 6 scheduled holidays each year.
- Transportation Benefit
Employees can elect to set aside money on a pre-tax basis to pay for qualified transportation expenses, up to $120 per month. We also sell Commuter Checks at a 25% discount which can be used for all transit systems and most vanpools in the Bay Area.
- Shuttle Service
Free shuttle service is provided between Monogram and local BART and CalTrain stations.
- Employee Assistance Program
Employees and family members are eligible to receive up to six short-term counseling visits per year for each unrelated problem; these visits are free and confidential, and are handled through LifeWorks.
- Educational Reimbursement
Monogram offers an educational reimbursement program for employees taking classes for course credit at an accredited college or university. Upon approval, regular part- and full-time employees with one or more years of service are eligible to participate in the program.
- Casual Environment
Employees enjoy an informal work environment with casual dress. Hard work, enthusiasm, and fun are highly encouraged.
