Collaborations and Studies

Because a better understanding of HIV drug resistance is key to managing the problem, Monogram actively collaborates with leading academic institutions to conduct numerous clinical studies and publish their results. The findings from these collaborations provide insights into the mechanisms of resistance, the impact of mutations on susceptibility, resistance to new classes of drugs, the choice of assays for the evaluation of resistance, and the value of new technologies such as replication capacity and co-receptor tropism.

We are proud to collaborate with leading research groups, some of which are listed here:

Stanford University
University of California, San Francisco
University of California, San Diego
University of California, Davis
University of Alabama, Birmingham
University of Massachusetts
Massachusetts General Hospital
Tufts University
Duke University
University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill
