Collaborations and Studies
Because a better understanding of HIV drug resistance is key to managing the problem,
Monogram actively collaborates with leading academic institutions to conduct numerous
clinical studies and publish their results. The findings from these collaborations
provide insights into the mechanisms of resistance, the impact of mutations on
susceptibility, resistance to new classes of drugs, the choice of assays for the
evaluation of resistance, and the value of new technologies such as replication
capacity and co-receptor tropism.
